ReplyDeleteFor the activity: I'm concerned that the car students design will not have an equal in the real world, making your activity seem childish. For example, I'd make a flying car...This would not reinforce the goal of your activity, which is to make students think about what is available to them in luxury car ownership.
Is there a way to utilize the computers for student pairs to design cars? http://www.audi.co.uk/explore-models/audi-car-configurator.html.html
Once students design cars, what kinds of questions will you ask them to check for understanding?
I didn't know we had to put it on GDocs, ill fix it though. However in terms of the car design I intended for them to design their own luxury car based on what I taught them, and then based on what they designed show them a car that actually exists based on the qualities. But the car has to be luxury and of course realistic and exist
